Delegates who have requested accommodation as part of their registration will receive a detailed hotel reservation confirmation email from our delegate registration partner, CW3 Events.
All reservations for guests without credit cards, with invalid credit cards or incorrect credit card details will not be confirmed by the Hotel.

Check-in and Check-out
The standard check-in time is from 3:00 PM on your day of arrival and the hotel’s check-out time is 12:00 PM on your day of departure. Additional charges will apply should you require early arrival or late check-out.
Change or cancellation of Room Reservation
Should you need to cancel a reservation please contact the Get to Fast Faster 2026 Events Team. Please do not contact the hotel directly.
Hotel reservations can be cancelled without penalty up to and including Friday 31 July 2026. Should you cancel your reservation after that date and your room cannot be resold, the hotel reserves the right to charge for the duration of your intended stay as cancellation fees. In the case of no-show, the hotel will also charge for the duration of your intended stay as cancellation fees.
