AI for Rollout

As an industry, we need to prepare to connect the next 1Bn homes to fiber. Nokia Broadband Easy provides a platform to increase the efficiency for fiber roll-out driving down cost and time to deploy. AI for Experience

Corteca provides AI-based Wi-Fi management in the cloud. With this demo we highlight how the Wi-Fi management has been brought to the next level by introducing an AI-based intelligence layer, leveraging the vast amount of data that is captured by the Home Controller.

Corteca Home Controller: The Home Controller uses TR-369/USP to manage broadband devices from a Wi-Fi management, device management and application management perspective.
Intelligence layer: This intelligence layer is based on multi-agent AI orchestration including Knowledge Agent, Network Analysis Agent and Troubleshooting agent.
Accessing the intelligence layer: There are several options to access the Corteca intelligence layer:
• Through the Corteca Console user Interface
• Through the Model Context Protocol (MCP)
Use case: APAC Tier-1: We have an ongoing PoC with this CSP, where both the Altiplano AI and Corteca AI are used. North-bound MCP is used, while east-west, there is agent-to-agent communication between the various AI agents.

Agentic AI for operations

For operating fiber and WiFi networks, spanning from the central office to the customer’s home, operators deal with multiple systems for different operational aspects. Operator teams currently have to manually dig into these disparate systems, directly impacting assurance, customer care, and the efficiency of repairs across the entire broadband ecosystem. Turning this end-to-end data and these systems to work in an autonomous way for decisions and actions, from finding faults to optimizing performance, remains a significant challenge. Agentic Autonomy changes that. Agentic Autonomy enhances assurance, streamlines customer care, accelerates repairs, significantly reduces MTTR, and automates field operations like truck rollouts using intelligent bots.
