He has 20 years of experience, shifting the boundaries of access technologies. He and his team have realized several world-first system demonstrations, influenced the industry through significant standards contributions, and successfully transferred innovative concepts to products.

His current focus is on unleashing untapped potential in Passive Optical Networks through innovations on speed, determinism, reliability, sensing and sustainability.
