Steve De Croos is a seasoned telecommunications professional with over 17 years of diverse industry experience, spanning Program Management, PMO, Pre-sales, and Business Development. He currently leads APAC Solutions in the Fiber domain within the Fixed Networks Business Center.

Steve began his career in Program Management within Mobile Networks, where he successfully managed a landmark USD 100 million project for Etisalat in Sri Lanka—an initiative that earned multiple customer and internal accolades. His career has been marked by international exposure through leadership roles across three countries during his tenure at Alcatel-Lucent. Notably, he spent six years in Thailand leading both Mobile and Fixed Network teams across Southeast Asia and also contributed to key Tiger programs and pre-sales efforts in Taiwan and Malaysia.

Originally from the tropical island of Sri Lanka, Steve holds a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Information and Communication Technology from the University of Colombo. He now resides permanently in Melbourne, Australia with his family.
