Shuttle Bus Airport Transfer
Nokia is pleased to offer all attendees a shuttle bus transfers between Phuket International Airport and the hotel.
Transfers will be scheduled at regular intervals based on common arrival times. During the registration process, you will be asked to select your arrival transfer time – please ensure this aligns with your flight arrival to avoid delays.
Please note: Complimentary transfers are only available at the designated times. Individual transfer requests will be payable by the attendee and are to be arranged directly with Hotel Concierge via email for Private Airport Transfer in Khao Lak.

Arriving by Plane
Kansai International Airport (KIX): The Main international airport for arrival to Kyoto is 102km from the hotel
Osaka International Airport (Itami – ITM) Good for domestic routes is 60km from the hotel
Limousine Bus: Direct buses run from KIX to various spots near the hotel or directly to Kyoto Station.
Haruka Express: Take the JR Haruka Express to Kyoto Station (approx. 75 mins)
Arriving by Train
From Kyoto Station, take a short taxi ride (around 15-20 mins) or use the subway/bus to reach The Westin Miyako Kyoto
