With over 30 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, he serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Network Officer (CNO) of SoftBank Corp., leading all network-related functions across the company.

He joined SoftBank (former Japan Telecom) in 1996, he has played a key role in the evolution of SoftBank’s network infrastructure, overseeing IP/MPLS, transport, mobile backhaul, global networks including subsea cable from 2020 and expanding his responsibilities to include mobile networks in 2023.

As CNO, he is responsible for SoftBank’s end-to-end network strategy, operations, and innovation, driving the advancement of next-generation networks and AI data centers.
