Alexandre Schappo is the General Manager for Sales and Engineering in Southeast Asia (SEA) at Lightera. He leads the company’s commercial and engineering strategy across the region, driving growth in FTTx, PON LAN, and Data Center connectivity solutions while strengthening Lightera’s position as a trusted leader in broadband and cabling infrastructure.

During his career at Lightera, Alexandre has held a variety of leadership roles spanning product line management, business development, and international market expansion. Throughout it, he has successfully supported customers and partners across multiple global markets, combining deep technical expertise with strategic commercial leadership to accelerate business growth and foster long-term industry partnerships.
